Once your payment has cleared, your order will be processed within 3 business days, and shipped within 10 business days. If your order is one of our 'made to order' an email will be sent with expected delivery day.
If you wish to return the item, the item is to be returned without damage and at buyers shipping cost, item returns are not allowed if:
- The buyer changes their mind - The buyer ordered the wrong colour - The buyer does not like the item
-The buyer breaks or damages the item - The buyer order the wrong scent - Absolutely no returns on any body products eg. soaps, scrubs, balms -
